New Graphic Pose AND Dress

Hiya Guys :)

this time, i have tried to make a pretty dress,

i'm not sure about my clothes skills yet :S

 I know this 'face and hair' did not turn out

very good, i cannot use small heads :S

but what i really like it the dress itself and the pose

yes, i have been working on a few banners and graphics

but every time, i say I'm done!

i feel i haven't improved enough

the arm at the end it a bit... skinny, but oh well, it won't be

noticed THAT much XD

the little blue blobs/paints are the splashes of water

i love the hair, and the swimmers i made are quite cute :3

and i just added shadow so it make it look... effective

and the white blobs are sparkles :D
